Sesarmops intermedius

Carapace perfectly quadrangular, the lateral borders feebly divergent backwards, armed with two teeth including the external orbital angle, the vestige of the third tooth can be traced out in some specimens. The front medially marked with broad sinus and the postfrontal ridge well marked, four-lobed. The outer surface of palm is covered with depressed tubercles mainly near the middle surface; a patch of larger granules occurs a little below the middle portion of this surface; on the inner surface; a ridge of large tubercles extends from the middle of the superior border toward the middle poriton, the remainder of the surface also covered with fine granules. The fingers are not much gaping even in full grown male. (T. Sakai, 1939: 685)
