Heteropilumnus sp

Komai, 1999

It is difficult to identify Ortmann's identification of Pilumnus fimbriatus (not H. Milne Edwards) in view of the confusing state of pilumnid taxonomy; nevertheless, this species is referable to the genus Heteropilumnus, in the front heavily fringed with a row of setae and the eyes which are clearly visible from above. (Komai, 1999: 89)

Range: Japan - Amami-Oshima (Ortmann, 1893).
