Paramedaeus noelensis

(Ward, 1934)

The frontal lobes are less projecting and separated by a more open median furrow although sometimes deep. The antero-lateral teeth are poorly developed and hardly separated from each other, the spaces between them are topped with granules. The carapace has hardly distinct regions in places. The front projects medially and is laterally inclined towards the orbits. The antero-lateral margins of the carapace are convex, feebly dentate and much longer than the postero-lateral that are concave; the granules on the carapace form reticulations which reappear particularly on the supero-external face of the cheliped palm. The anterior margin of the ambulatory legs is entirely carinate on the merus but feebly lobulate on the carpus and propodus. (Serène, 1984)
