Antero-lateral margins having, behind the the exorbital angles, two feebly rounded lobes, followed by the antero-lateral teeth that are very inconspicuous, save exceptionally. Teeth 1 (E) and 2 (N) in the form of rounded and poorly defined lobes, teeth 3 (T) and 4 (S) more or less defined. Front not extending beyond the supraorbital angles. Male chelipeds noticeably unequal but similar; on the larger cheliped outer surface of the palm with smooth, globular tubercles; on the small cheliped outer surface with acute tubercles or spines.
