Pseudopalicus oahuensis

(Rathbun, 1906)

Lateral border of carapace with four teeth behind the exorbital angle; first antero-lateral tooth of carapace located at a distance from the exorbital angle; second and third teeth much larger, subequal; last tooth dentiform very small and acute. Front with small median rounded lobes at a lower level than the broad and shallower lateral ones. Postero-lateral and posterior border of carapace with some spaced tubercles. Pereiopods 2-4 with posterior border of propodus and dactylus entire. First four abdominal segments carinate. (Davie 1997)

Type locality: south coast of Oahu, Hawaiian Islands, 257 to 220 fathoms.
Range: Taiwan; Hawaiian Islands - Oahu (Rathbun, 1906).
