Inner angle of cheliped carpus with sharp tooth or spine; dorsal surface of carapace with numerous small granules, 2M region partly divided longitudinally, teeth of antero-lateral margin clearly differentiated; dorsal margins of ambulatory merus slightly serrate, merus, propodus and dactylus normal length (short), ambulatory carpus and propodus carinate, frontal margin straight, truncate, not strongly projected beyond carapace.
