Front distinctly quadridentate, all four teeth subequal. Antero-lateral borders with three acute tubercles, distance between hepatic tubercle and base of exorbital tooth less than length of exorbital tooth. First two pairs of ambulatory legs distinctly shorter than thrice the length of carapace. (Türkay 1995)
Type locality: Katsuyama, Boso Peninsula, Japan.
Range: Japan - Katsuyama, Sagami Bay, and Maizuru (Ortmann, 1892, Tavares, 1992c).
