Genus Pseudoliomera

Odhner, 1925

Carapace transversely rounded. Dorsal surface convex; regions well defined and forming lobules, covered with granules. Antero-lateral margins arched, cut into lobes included in the general convexity. Chelipeds: palm very swollen, ball-shaped in the large cheliped; usually, fingers rather short, very convex and hook-shaped; each finger with two brushes of rigid setae near the teeth of the cutting margin.
