Carapace approximately triangular in shape, clearly broader than long; rostrum not upturned, rostral keel shallow, not extending near tip of rostrum, not visible dorsally. Cheliped slender, much shorter than subsequent ambulatory legs, length of movable finger of chela inferior to length of palm. Second to fifth pereiopods long and slender, meri with a well defined terminal tooth; dactyli more than half as long as propodi. (Türkay 1995)
