Merus of first ambulatory leg of adult male with four to five small tubercles dorsally behind the terminal spine and two tubercles proximally on outer face; merus of fourth ambulatory leg smooth. (Davie 1996)
Type locality: Beidao, Paracel Islands, China.
Range: Japan - Kakeroma-jima near Amami-Oshima (Takeda, 1989); China - Paracel Islands (Dai et al., 1978, Dai & Yang, 1991).
