Anterior part of carapace only weakly tapered or almost subparallel, rostral lobes directed forward; interorbital region only concealing basal part of unretracted eyestalk; first pleopod of male only widened before apex, aperture on abdominal surface; female gonopore a simple ventral opening, not elevated.
