Palicoides kyusyuensis

(Yokoya, 1933)

Frontal lobes bearing an acute small tooth medially; exorbital tooth of carapace large, curved antero-frontally and pointed, following two antero-lateral teeth much smaller.
Remark: This species is only tentatively placed into Palicoides, because of its similarity with the following one. It has never been collected after its description and the type material is imperfect. (Türkay 1995)

Type locality: south of Koshiki-jima, Kyushu, Japan, 243 m.
Range: Japan - Koshiki-jima, Kyushu (Yokoya, 1933); 243 m.
