Carapace extremely globose and convex. Regions faintly defined. Surface covered with distant and fine granules. Coat of very short pubescence. Antero-lateral margins appearing entire, but with rudimentary indentations. Frontal lobes well produced near the median notch and deeply separated from the supraorbital angle. Palm rather short, very inflated; outer surface smooth and glabrous except for the upper border, finely granular; fingers very short. Ambulatory legs very slender and fringed with hairs.
