Gaillardiellus orientalis

(Odhner, 1925)

Differs from the typical Gaillardiellus rueppellii in having bundles of long and soft hairs disposed on the lobules of carapace or in grooves separating them. 2M is in some specimens incompletely divided, 1P is always not very convex. Ambulatory legs are densely fringed with longish hairs along both borders. (T. Sakai, 1939: 492)
