Carapace relatively narrow, covered with long hairs, which conceal the regions, hepatic regions armed with a few spinules near their outer border. Outer face of palm of chelipeds tuberculate in its upper fourth, otherwise smooth. Segments of male abdomen with marked pleural expansions; telson distinctly elongate, smooth. (Türkay 1995)
